Recently I was asked what was my secret ingredient; I thought on it for quite some time. Each flavor has a special recipe so which ingredient , if any one, would be the secret ingredient? I thought back to my childhood, all our family recipes have a pinch of this, a drop of that or just a dusting of something so there is truly no real family recipe let alone a secret ingredient. I think the answer to the question is our family “secret” would be love, caring and compassion.
As far back as I can remember Grandma, Aunt Caddy and my mom were always in the kitchen preparing for bake sales. fundraisers or just a neighbor in need. The women in my family were huggers, they hugged everyone physically and with a compassionate gesture of sharing. Luckly for me they passed that gene on....I am also a hugger with an obsessive need to feed. Some people have a need for speed well I have a need to feed. I get the biggest thrill when samplers get excited over of the product; it makes me warm all over :) So I guess my secret ingredient is love.

A wise man, my uncle, once told me you need the right tool for the job. See back in the day when faced with an issue I would grab any tool available to correct a problem and when that didn't succeed my uncle would go to his work room and return with just the right tool for the job.
My uncle taught me well ...so when I needed a website and after checking out several options I choose Weebly; the right tool for the job. Weebly simplified the process and allowed me to create and incorporate all the criteas I wanted. They taught me to build my site through a hands on process which puts me in the drivers seat. It is my site, I built it, I maintain it and it represents my concept not some web designer's idea. Remember no one knows your product or your vision like you do. At the end of September Weebly Carbon launched offering all sorts of apps and excellent web tools to make our life easier. I have already signed up with Shippo; an app which prints shipping labels right from my order info...no more typing....again the right tool for job. Somewhere my uncle is smiling. As the story goes: An Italian teaching monk was preparing bread when he decided to cut some of the dough into thin strips. He made a circle with a strip then took the ends of the strip brought them to the center, gave them a quick twist and set it down over the center of the strip. He believed it was like folding his arms when he prayed.
At the end of each day the monk would give one to each student who had recited their prayers. He named these tiny breads Pretida which translates to "little reward". It is always nice to show your appreciation to employees, business contacts and co-workers with unique and thoughtful gifts. Holidays, birthdays, get well baskets are perfect to convey your message and we are just the ones to deliver them.
Being in business today is not easy. There is never enough time in a day, nor enough helpers, or enough money to handle the daily tasks. Who has time to track and recognize employees birthdays? That is where we come in. Give us the information, the price point and we will deliver your message for you. If we handle this it leaves you free to concentrate on your business. There is a basket for every situation, every event and every moment in one's life and Pretzel Princess can create it for you. If you need to make a statement like "Sorry...my bad" (as the kids say today), "Thank You" or "Just Because"...we can create the perfect basket to convey that emotion. Everyone's situation is tad different so we can tweak the basket to say exactly what you want to say.
For example our Get Well basket contains a solid white chocolate aspirin, a soft teddy bear with a Get Well emblem on it, as well as cookies, candy bars and our famous hand dipped sourdoughs which are nestled in a doctors bag box bottom. This really conveys a get well message. How many times are we faced with the decision of selecting a gift? Now, it is important to select a gift that fits the recipient's persona....what is their taste?..their favorite flavors?...what excites them?...you need something they truly like...something that shows you have been listening all these years. Here at Pretzel Princess we have the solution to your problem...a gift certificate. It's the perfect gift. Here they can select according to their likes.
